Are there any cases where hyperlipidemia improves?
I've had hyperlipidemia since my first checkup in my 20s.
I was young back then and I don't think I thought much of it.
I eat what I want, and sometimes I exercise, but more often than not I don't.
I had a health checkup every year, and my cholesterol level was always a problem.
Since last year, I have been taking medication because of my age and concerns, and have been taking it for about 6 months.
I didn't eat it consistently.
And I had a health checkup this year too... and I have hyperlipidemia again.
Unless I take medicine, it won't get better??
I try to exercise and eat clean.
So does that mean I have to take the medicine for the rest of my life?
Hyperlipidemia is always holding me back. ^^::
