    과일은 갈아 마시게 되면 섬유질이 줄어드는 단점이 있어요 그리고 혈당이 더 빠르게 오를 수 있어 혈당 관리 하는 분들에게는 권유되지 않습니다. 갈아마시면 먹기에는 편하지만 단점이 있으니 그냥 잘라 먹는걸 추천드려요
