I am in my late 40s.
I lost about 5 kilograms by controlling my diet while dieting.
Meanwhile, my menstrual cycle has become irregular, and now the flow is lighter and the intervals are longer.
And I can't sleep deeply, going to bed around 11 PM and waking up at 3 or 4 AM to be active.
That's why I always feel tired.
Are there no other symptoms, but could this also be a menopause symptom?
