(Concern) For those experiencing urinary incontinence symptoms...
It's embarrassing, but let's just share our worries openly.
It seems like quite some time has passed..
At first... just after having the baby...
I just thought that I couldn't control it well.
And then I did it because Kegel exercises are helpful.
But this wasn't easy, you know.
Then... suffering from a herniated disc...
I have been receiving consistent treatment and taking medication, but...
I hardly saw any effectㅜ
Steroid injections and even exercise therapy, if overdone, can revert back to the original stateㅠ I need to increase my strength, but honestly, it’s not improving.. The doctor ultimately advised me to just keep walking consistently.
It's better to endure as much as possible, considering the age...
Back surgery is not recommended yet.
My condition improves a little each day as I walk, but the problem seems to be with my lower back...
I think I still have symptoms just before incontinenceㅠ
I go to the bathroom too often.
I can't really drink many beverages or coffee outside either;;
Of course, it's still okay for now, but a sense of tension just in case?;;
When I go for a consultation, the tests tend to become more extensive.
This can't be covered by insurance at all.
It doesn't matter about the nearby area, but...
I'm now afraid to go down to the provinces or anywhere else.
For those experiencing symptoms... do you all just go to the hospital and get all the tests done?
Are the effects good for those who have had surgery?
It's not a situation where I need to do something right now, but...
There is a chance from now on, so I am worried about this;;
I'm scared of the surgery, and I'm also scared to endure without doing it.
I can't speak badly even to my husband or my sister.
I'm feeling anxious..
