Running every day clearly demonstrates its effectiveness in reducing body fat.
There was a weight loss of 1.7kg, with body fat decreasing by 2.4kg, muscle increasing further, and mineral content also increasing, which seems to be a positive trend. However, the body fat percentage is excessively low, which is actually a concern.
I think it would be best to reduce running a little, but since it's not easy to overcome runners' high, I plan to keep running as it is, cut stair climbing in half, and focus on upper body exercises.
Starting next week, the goal is set to 30,000 steps, 70 floors, and over an hour of upper body exercise.
