Yesterday, I ate uncontrollably as if possessed, and today my face is swollen and puffy, and I feel terrible.
Starting tomorrow, I plan to refocus and create my own healthy routine.
The first thing to do is
Snacking on cookies and bread, quitting
Eat a healthy meal focused on salads and protein.
Fasting after 7 PM.
Maintain a 16-hour fasting period.
This week, my goal is to stick to this routine.
