I walk more than ten thousand steps every day.
I've been doing it every day for three years without fail, and now it's become a habit like washing my face.. haha
However, walking 10,000 steps gives me too much reward.
First, I let you breathe fresh air and refresh my body and mind.
The food tastes good, I sleep well, and I feel good... overall, everything is great.
And above all, I feel proud that I spent today healthily.
The heat slightly bothers me, but that's why I go for a walk early in the morning.. haha
