Recently, I wake up late, so I end up having lunch. Since I eat it somewhat irregularly, I feel empty and hungry, which makes me eat again, and I think I end up eating more. If I stick to three meals at fixed times, it would be good for my health and reduce my hunger. I should wake up earlier in the morning and maintain a regular schedule for my health. Wake-up time in the morning is 6:30 AM. I plan to have breakfast at 7, lunch at 12, and dinner at 6, making sure to have all three meals every day.
