Today's diet & exercise goal results (4/4)
1. Walking 10,000 steps - Success
2. 100 squats (20 sets * 5 reps) - Success
3. Dinner menu: Salad & Meat - Success
4. Stopping by the gym to work out - Success
Achieved all four for three consecutive days~ haha
Even though I was busy, I worked hard and tried to do at least a little exercise at the gym (thanks to the heat? haha), achieved it~
It's still hot, so it's difficult to increase the amount of exercise, but I still plan to keep trying~ㅎㅎ
I will keep exercising regularly and try to maintain the habit again~ㅎ
