This week's health goal is to drink plenty of water.
On hot days, I get thirsty, but I tend to drink more coffee or beverages than water.
Drinking water or electrolyte drinks is good for quenching thirst, but I keep craving sweet-tasting drinks or coffee that seem to contain sugar, which makes me feel even more thirsty.
So, this week's goal is to drink a lot of water.
Recently, there's even a water drinking challenge.
I will try to challenge myself by drinking a lot of water.
