Trying walking to and from work (roughly 10,000 steps)
Drink water frequently (1 liter per day)
Bring rice and side dishes from home and carry them in a lunchbox (reduce eating out)
Consistently take the prescribed herbal medicine (it tastes very bad...)
This is the extent of it. The goal is to finish by next week, and I hope I can do well if I work hard, haha.
I will do my best with fighting spirit.
