It's been over six months since I started going to the gym five days a week, but recently, I haven't been feeling well, so I took a break from exercising for nearly a month, and now I don't feel like working out.
Once you start not doing it, it's hard to start again.
Starting tomorrow, I will set goals again and work hard.
First, I will definitely go to the gym four weekdays a week, excluding weekends.
And I will definitely walk at least five thousand steps a day.
I think I should start again with these two things.
