1. Walking 10,000 steps - Success
2. 100 squats (20 sets * 5 reps) - Success
3. Dinner menu: Salad & Meat - Failed
4. Stopping by the gym to work out - Success
Today is the weekend, so I indulged~ haha I enjoyed some fried foods after a long time~ haha
So, I ate fried food and then went to the gym and worked out hard~ㅎㅎ
Since I worked out hard this week, I'll try to work out hard again next week! Haha
Let's all do some heat exercise! Haha
