Wednesday is a promise~~ I woke up a little earlier in the morning before going to work to exercise and also went to work, but I failed at making salad~ haha Since it's a promise.. haha
So, I managed to succeed in everything on Thursday~ㅎㅎ
Although I couldn't work out at the gym for a long time, I still feel proud after doing it~ㅎ
I'll keep at it steadily! I'll exercise and take care of myself~ haha
