Be sure to take a walk or go for a stroll after dinner in the evening.
(Walk for at least 30 minutes to aid digestion)

Do not eat after evening walk.. (Anything other than water is prohibited)
I can go out and exercise, but it's hard not to eat in the evening... I keep eating without feeling rewarded for exercising.
I really want to follow it carefully and try to reduce my belly fat even a little bit, haha.
