Today's diet & exercise goal results (2/4)
1. Walking 10,000 steps - Success
2. 100 squats (20 sets * 5 reps) - failed
3. Dinner menu: Salad & Meat - Failed
4. Visiting the gym and working out - Success
Unavoidable overtime day~ It was a day when even finding time to exercise was difficult~
Still had to go around for some errands, so I managed to walk around and reach 10,000 steps~
Still, I went to the gym and worked out my lower body diligently for 30 minutes before going home~ㅎ
Even just a short workout makes me feel like some of the day's stress melts away~ㅎㅎ
Let's exercise somehow! Haha
