4. Stopping by the gym to work out - Failed
I was busy in July and didn't have time to do planks, so I temporarily removed it from the list for now~ㅠㅠ
I'm not sure about weekends, but during the week it's not easy~ㅠ
I should have gone to the gym today too, but I couldn't go because I was busy with other things~ㅠㅠ
I tried to relieve stress with a different workout, but I overdid it, so I realized I shouldn't go to the gym~ㅠㅠ
As expected, you shouldn't overexert yourself when exercising~ㅠ Even if you like it, don't push yourself too hard~ㅠㅠ
