This week, I will set goals to run diligently.
1. Swimming
Swim diligently for one hour every morning without taking a break.
Walking 10,000 steps
It's hot, but I walk more than ten thousand steps.
3. Drinking water
It's not easy to drink more than 1000.
Since it's summer, I do drink it, but I usually enjoy coffee well..
I will try to practice all three well!!
