저도 다음 주에 비가 온다고 하니 운동 어떻게 해야 할지 고민중이네요. 야식을 줄이면 확실히 몸이 가볍긴 하죠.
Usually, I work five days a week intensively and take it a bit easier on the weekends, but this week I think I maintained a steady pace.
Last week, my mom and this week, I caught COVID, so I haven't been able to meet my granddaughters and friends, so I think I've just been quietly exercising.
My throat was sore, so I took a self-test and got a clear two lines, so I drank plenty of warm water and took care of myself, and I got better.
Drank alcohol twice, two glasses of makgeolli, one glass, no late-night snack
Since I reduce flour-based foods and avoid late-night snacks, I feel light and in good condition when I wake up early in the morning.
Next week, there will be rain all week, so it won't be ideal for exercising, but I will avoid the heat and rain, do some running whenever I can, and do home workouts to maintain over 35,000 steps.
