Today's diet & exercise goal results (2/5)
1. Walking 10,000 steps - Success
2. 100 squats (20 sets * 5 reps) - Success
3. Plank 5 minutes (30 seconds hold + 30 seconds rest * 5 sets) - Failed
4. Dinner menu: Salad & Meat - Failed
5. Stopping by the gym to work out - Failed
It's hard to exercise on days when I have to work overtime...
If you're so busy that you can barely find time to do squats... well... the gym...ㅠㅠ
Fortunately, I was out and about since the daytime, so I easily reached 10,000 steps, but I almost forgot to verify and didn't take a photo.
Since a hectic weekday has passed, a relaxing weekend will come, right? Haha
I plan to rest like a dead mouse while exercising on the weekend.. I hear it's going to rain too.
