My personal health goal for this week!!
Complete 10,000 steps before going to work and 5,000 steps in daily life, totaling 15,000 steps every day.
Drink at least 1 liter of water daily.
Take supplements consistently every day
I try to eat snacks only minimally haha (it's a difficult mission, so it's subjective...)
Let's all cheer on each other to achieve our health goals this week as well.
