I always make plans, but I can't complete them 100%... There are many times I blame my lazy self... But isn't it more important to not give up and to keep going steadily~~

Strength training... I took a break this week because of vacation. I'm still trying to do it consistently~~
I am drinking water excessively well~ (because I really like water)
Getting good sleep is always a problem. Trying to get restful sleep!!! This is my biggest goal for this week!!!
