This week, I will set a health goal.
- Walking more than 15,000 steps
- Minimize the use of elevators and escalators as much as possible
- Drink at least 1.5 liters of water daily
- Taking supplements (vitamins, Cal-Madi, probiotics, etc.)
- Maintaining a weekday dinner plan (banana + boiled eggs + soy milk)
- Drink beer only once a week
