Continue with last week's health goals
Wake up before 11 o'clock / Drink a glass of water on an empty stomach, continue the goal of taking probiotics
Do 40 minutes of home workout (yoga, pilates).
It's good to exercise every day, but even if you can't, aim to work out at least three times a week.
Fast after 8 PM
Fast for 6 days a week after 8 PM, excluding one day on Saturday or Sunday.
Eating three full meals a day consistently
I think setting a goal and working towards it makes me try harder than just thinking I should take action.
I should continue good habits and keep identifying and improving the areas where I am lacking.
