1. Walking 10,000 steps - Success
2. 100 squats (20 sets * 5 reps) - Success
3. Plank for 5 minutes (30 seconds hold + 30 seconds rest * 5 sets) - Success
4. Dinner menu: Salad & Meat - Success
5. Stopping by the gym to work out - Failed
Today, I skipped the gym where I need to lift weights because my ankle is not feeling well.
Instead, I did light squats, planks, and a 10,000-step walk~
It turns out they weren't just light exercises~ haha
Still, doing it like this helps with digestion after dinner, and it's good~
Did everyone work out hard? Haha
