I have been practicing walking 10,000 steps daily for health management for several years. Since I am older, I think that even if I cannot leave my children a lot of wealth, I don't want to become a burden to them when I am sick. So I have been consistently practicing this. As I exercise diligently, I recently had a health check-up and found that all my health indicators had improved. My cardiovascular age was also 4 years younger than my actual age, which made me feel good. I will continue to make an effort to maintain this practice in the future.
Health Goals: 1. Consistently walking 10,000 steps. 2. Taking breaks to stretch and do light exercises. 3. Eating smaller portions and managing stress.
