Today's diet & exercise goal result (1/5) failure... So I'm looking forward to the weekend.
1. Walking 10,000 steps - Success
2. 100 squats (20 sets * 5 reps) - failed
3. Plank 5 minutes (30 seconds hold + 30 seconds rest * 5 sets) - Failed
4. Dinner menu: Salad & Meat - Failed
5. Stopping by the gym to work out - Failed
I've been very busy all day Thursday and Friday.
I went through some upsetting things... I need to exercise to relieve stress, but I didn't even have the mental energy for that.
So, I achieved the 10,000 steps both on Thursday and Friday.
You shouldn't do this... So, I have plans this weekend, but I will definitely go to the gym before my appointment!
