Hello. These days, I am very interested in dieting. In the past, I was too thin and wanted to gain some weight, but now I am glad I have gained weight. However, I am worried because I think I have gained more belly fat than before. I wish the fat would go to my arms and legs, but it seems to be accumulating around my belly.. haha. Are there any others with similar concerns? I look forward to your wise advice.
