Let's set health goals for this week (June 26 to July 2).
1. Fall asleep before 11 o'clock
I previously set a goal to sleep before 12 o'clock, and except for days with special circumstances, I have been achieving that goal.
I plan to revise my goal to fall asleep before 11 o'clock and try to implement it.
Not eating ramen for a week
I had been avoiding spicy foods for a while, but once I started eating them again, I seem to be eating them very often.
I'm planning to try quitting ramen for a week.
3. Drink a glass of water on an empty stomach and take probiotics.
It's a habit I've been practicing for over a month, and although mornings will likely become busier, I won't forget this good habit.
I set it as a goal because I want to continue.
