15 sit-ups daily
About 5 minutes of stability ball balancing exercises.
Sit-ups last week were 20, but they are more difficult than I thought.
I couldn't keep it well, so I lowered it to 5 and am trying again with 15.
Let's work hard to achieve our goals!!!
