My health goal is~
Walk at least ten thousand steps every day
Do not drink alcohol more than three times a month.
Stand up and stretch once every 3.2 hours.
4. Perform neck exercises regularly
Drink at least 1 liter of water a day
6. Be sure to take your vitamins.
Although I can't keep it perfectly, I still try to keep it.
