My health goal that I want to successfully achieve in June is to abstain from alcohol.
I want to make sure to practice abstinence starting this week.
Walking 10,000 steps every day and climbing stairs exercise.
I am consistently doing strength training on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.
I go hiking on weekends or holidays.
However, I believe that the most important thing for health is not to drink alcohol.
I will set this week as my new health goal and make sure to carry it out...^^
