Friday health goal

It's a happy Friday.

Today as well, healthily, completed 10,000 steps walking in the morning and climbing 25 floors of stairs once.

In the afternoon, it's walking 5,000 steps in daily life, but after work, I eat, clean up, and then...

It's hard to fill up to five thousand pointsㅜㅜ

Today, I have an appointment, so it might be more difficult, but I will try my best.
