I am a 50-something office worker working at a company.
I often couldn't find time to exercise every day due to overtime work and frequent drinking.
However, one day I came across Cashdock, turned on the pedometer function, and started walking 10,000 steps.
Walking together for just one day tomorrow and receiving cash made me feel so good. Now, I have gained quite a bit of strength in my legs.
Now I feel uneasy if I don't walk at least ten thousand steps in a day.
I like it because it's a workout that doesn't require much time. No tools are needed.
