저녁식사 후 산책 목표 잘하신겁니다. 저녁식사 한것 소화도 시키고 저녁에는 선선해서 산책하기 정말 좋아요

As the weather gets warmer, I find myself less and less wanting to go outside. So, I plan to set a health goal of taking a walk after dinner.
Walking a hundred steps after dinner, also for a walk.
And drink 1 liter of water a day. (Only as much as can be considered beyond the 2-liter mark^^)
Eat one apple every morning.
I will try to put this into practice.
Let's keep going until the day we become healthy!!☺️
