Hello, I recently learned about the Cashdoc Community and joined. My health goals are 1. Drink 1.5 liters of water 2. Meditate for 20 minutes 3. Walk 10,000 steps. Since it's summer, staying hydrated is even more important. Also, I need dedicated time to focus on myself amidst a noisy life, and walking helps me relieve stress!
