Live a healthy life!

June was so busy that I often didn't have time to prepare meals and skipped eating. Recently, there have been many nights working overnight, which is very exhausting... Since I don't have much time, I would buy cup noodles or kimbap from nearby convenience stores to eat, and because of the stress, I also ate a lot of snacks and sugary drinks like juice. Therefore, I will aim to properly prepare meals and improve my eating habits! I also want to exercise, so I will make it a point to go out and walk more than 10,000 steps a day!
