Walk 20,000 steps four days a week
As the weather gets warmer, it's becoming difficult to walk 20,000 steps a day.
I will try to walk more with strength.
2. Doing planks
... I wonder if there is really a core, as I have no muscles.
I should try to build my core by exercising even a little bit at a time.
3. Reduce alcohol consumption a bit
... Among my goals, it seems the hardest, but it's not seven days a week.
I'll try to shorten it even by just 6 days, haha.
