This week's health goal is to plan a bit more in detail.
1. Instead of just walking 10,000 steps, walk 10,000 steps before 10 a.m.
I have to go out after the kids go to school. Early morning is difficult.
Reduce dinner carbohydrate intake to half a bowl of rice.
3. Drink plenty of water because it's hot
Walking in the morning is definitely refreshing, so I tried changing it like this.
My health goals should be more well-structured.
I'm glad that I seem to be getting healthier gradually^^
