Take time to walk to prevent lumbar disc issues (more than 40,000 steps per week) 3. Do strength training at least 3 times a week! Do push-ups until you can complete 3 sets. 4. Consume healthy foods as much as possible to prevent hypertension. In particular, always check the sodium content.
