Eat three proper meals a day in moderation.
Always skipping breakfast in the morning to sleep a little longer, then having a high-calorie snack (chocolate) before lunch.
I used to binge eat for lunch and dinner, but after suffering from esophagitis, I now eat exactly the right amount for three meals a day.
I realized how important it is to eat properly. Even when I'm busy, I make sure to have my meals.
1) Sleep before 12 o'clock
From 10 PM to 12 AM is the time when cells in the body regenerate, so it's important to sleep during this period.
When I was suffering from esophagitis, I took medication and went to bed before 10 o'clock, and I experienced a quick recovery.
I plan to start by sleeping before midnight and aim to go to bed before 10 o'clock.
