This week's health goal is to control your diet.
I usually didn't control my diet well.
The fat has accumulated in various places and doesn't seem to go away.
Even though I lost weight, there was no significant change in my belly fat or armsㅜㅜ
I think I need to control my diet, so I am planning to try.
I should try to adjust my diet to focus mainly on vegetables and proteins, with minimal carbohydrates and flour!
