모든 사람들이 지켜야 할 목표들인것 같네요 저도 마찬가지구요 열심히 해보자구요
My health goal is to lose 5 kilograms!!
As I get older, it becomes increasingly difficult to lose weight.
When I was young, skipping a meal made a noticeable difference, but now even if I skip meals, I just feel weak and my body shape doesn't change. That's what makes me sadder.
So, my primary goal is to lose 5 kilograms before this summer fully arrives!
Eat dinner before 7 PM (if I don't, I always end up having a late-night snack ㅠ)
Drink water frequently (trying to cut out carbonated drinks)
I only drink Americano coffee (I'm also trying to quit sweetened drinks).
Walking 10,000 steps a day (it's the only exercise I do, so I will at least do this)
And most importantly!!!
Avoid stress (stress leads to binge eating ㅠ)
It's not even a great action item, but it's so hard to keep it~ This time, I'll truly challenge myself!!!
