I did an InBody measurement.
The skeletal muscle mass is below standard, and the body fat percentage is just barely within the standard range.
But......
In the obesity diagnosis, the body fat percentage exceeded the standard, indicating a lean obesity.
The problem is abdominal fat.
It was diagnosed as abdominal obesity.
I need to lower my abdominal fat percentage for my health.
I will regularly do strength training and core exercises three times a week to reduce my body fat percentage within two months.
