Since I was young, my heart has been weak^^ I can't run well, so I exercise by walking.
I have been consistently walking every day for 10 years without missing a single day. While walking, my leg muscles also become stronger ^^
I am also really enjoying the third volume. I can easily climb the low mountain.
There are many opinions about whether walking exercise counts as exercise or not, but for me, it has been very helpful. Walking may take a long time, but it is indeed true that it greatly benefits health.
This is a way to take good care of your health slowly ^^
