I plan to try various methods with the goal of losing 3 kilograms within a month. First, I will walk 10,000 steps a day. Instead of just moving to different places, I will walk briskly for exercise, go hiking once on weekends, and try to eat two small meals a day. I plan to hike for at least three hours each time. For the small meals, I will reduce my usual intake by about half and eat two meals a day. If I work hard for a month, I think I will become a bit healthier.
