My health goal that I have been maintaining since June
1. Going to the gym (40 minutes on the treadmill, at least 20 minutes on the bicycle)
2. Fasting after 5 PM
3. Practicing Miracle Morning
I've been practicing since June, and so far, I've been keeping it well :)
