As the title indicates, I am scheduled for a health check-up at the end of June this year as part of the health screening 대상자.
Previously, my goal was to lose 2-3 kilograms over the course of about a month.
These days, I wake up an hour earlier than usual, do morning exercise, and go to work... It's not easy to control my diet.ㅠ
Still, for the sake of dieting... I will reduce late-night snacks and alcohol, work out hard, and definitely try to succeed.
