Today, I received the National Fitness 100 health assessment at Seongnam Fitness Certification Center.
Strength is rated as level 1, but muscular endurance is level 2 and cardiovascular endurance is level 3, so overall physical fitness is very poor.
I plan to do strength training and cardio exercises for two months and then re-evaluate my physical fitness. My goal is to improve my muscular endurance and cardiorespiratory endurance. I aim to raise my grade to at least level 2.
