My health goal for this week is to have a relaxed mindset.
I always have a personality that needs to do things quickly, and I torment myself by pushing myself hard. While I feel good about finishing quickly, my heart also feels quite heavy and burdened.
This week, I will try to make an effort to have a relaxed mindset whenever possible.
I will continue my physical activities, such as my usual dawn workouts and walking 10,000 steps.
